Located in beautiful historic Chillicothe, Ohio, Best Dress Boutique opened its doors in 2012. In 2016 the boutique was purchased by its current owner with plans for expansion. We specialize in Bridal, Prom, Homecoming, Accessories, and Tuxedo Rentals.
